14 days, free returns, full refunds
We want every piece to feel right. If it doesn’t, returning it is simple: 14 days from delivery, free collection from your address, and a full refund.
14-day returns
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. The piece must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +974 5054 5466 or email info@msheirab.com with your order number. Our team arranges a free collection from your address — you don't pay anything for the return pickup.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of collection), your refund is issued in full, including any delivery fee if the entire order is returned. Since orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer or cash, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or piece? Tell us when you request the return and we'll arrange the exchange in a single visit — our courier collects the original item and delivers the replacement together.
Items that can't be returned
Pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, and items returned after the 14-day window, are not eligible. Every return is inspected against the condition it left us in.
