Every Msheirab order is Cash on Delivery. No online payment, no card details, no deposits — you pay in cash at your door, only after your piece arrives.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery (COD) means you place your order online and pay nothing at checkout. You settle the full amount in cash when our courier hands you your piece — you only ever pay for something that is physically in front of you.
How it works
1. Choose your pieces and place the order — no card, no prepayment. 2. Our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and your delivery window. 3. The courier arrives at your address. 4. You inspect your piece, then pay the exact total in cash. Done.
What you pay
The amount due on delivery is exactly what you saw at checkout: the item prices plus your area's delivery fee, minus any discount code you applied. There are no hidden charges, and our courier carries change.
Why we offer it
Buying fine jewellery and watches online takes trust. COD removes the risk entirely — you see the piece, hold it, and only then pay. It's how we prefer to earn your confidence on a first order.
Pre-order items
Pre-order pieces work the same way: you reserve now and pay nothing until the piece arrives, typically within 15 days. Our team keeps you updated and confirms delivery before dispatch.
Refused deliveries
Changed your mind before the courier arrives? Just tell us — there's no charge for cancelling before delivery. If a piece doesn't feel right in person, our 14-day return policy still applies after you receive it.
